What sizes and layouts are available?
At Rohith Residency, every apartment is a 2 BHK with a dedicated study, a hall, kitchen, puja room, utility area, two toilets and a balcony, with a super built-up area of 1,080 sq ft (808 sq ft built-up).
At Godavari Residency, every apartment is a 2 BHK with a hall, dining area, kitchen, puja room, two toilets and balconies, with a super built-up area of 1,085 or 1,116 sq ft, depending on the flat.

Is parking included?
No. Parking is not included in the price of a flat. Covered stilt parking is available in both buildings at an extra charge: call or WhatsApp us for details.
How do I find out the price and payment plan?

Can I get a home loan?

Are the titles clear, and are the building plans approved?
Yes. Both projects have a clear title. The building plan for Rohith Residency has been approved by the Kalaburagi Urban Development Authority (KUDA) and Nandikur Gram Panchayat, and the plan for Godavari Residency by the Kalaburagi City Corporation.
